Payment
Upon clicking the BOOK SESSION NOW button at the bottom of any of our pages, you will be taken through to our online booking system. Here you can view our availability and select an appointment time that suits you. Once you select your appointment you will register with a few details and then your payment is taken.
The payment provider we use is Stripe.
Once we receive your initial booking, you will receive two emails. The first one will confirm your registration with us and the date and time of your appointment. The second will contain a short onboarding form to be completed before your first session.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel for any reason you can contact us at least 24hrs before your session time and We will gladly reschedule your session for a later date. Any cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours of your session will not have the option to have your session rescheduled free of charge.
If you are more than 15 minuets late to your session, it will be considered a no-show.
In order to protect your counsellor's time, due to past experiences we do not provide refunds.
